Mobile sourdough machine. Simple and hightech in same time. Minimalistic and full of details.
This pedagogic device for making sourdough compiles long years of experience of the baking master, meeting our building experience. This furniture is used through the entire baking process, from making the dough to stacking on it the hot breads coming out of the oven.
